🕰️ Availability:

  • Weekly, bi-weekly sessions or one time availability

  • Sessions are a minimum of 8 hours, and may extend up to 14 hours if needed

  • Some clients opt for meals to be freshly prepared day-of rather than batch prepped

We begin with a consultation to:

  • Review dietary goals, restrictions, and preferences

  • Plan your ideal weekly meal structure

  • Assess kitchen equipment and layout

  • Align on logistics, meal quantities, and storage needs


💰 Pricing & Details

  • $99/hour (8-hour minimum per session, up to 14 hours if needed)

  • Client covers all grocery costs

  • If your kitchen lacks necessary equipment, it can be transported for a $250 fee

  • Many clients eventually purchase essential equipment for long-term convenience

  • Travel outside of East Oahu may incur an additional travel fee

  • Restock your kitchen with high-quality, nourishing essentials

  • Prepare custom staples like nut milks, bone broths, sauces & condiments

  • Create a space that inspires intuitive and healthy cooking
